  • Assist with ADLs, companionship, supervision, and resident safety.
  • Support medication routines, progress notes, and care plan execution.
  • Preferred: DWIHN IDD 1:1 and progress note experience.

  • Lead compliance for DWIHN notes, MAR reviews, incidents, and licensing standards.
  • Required: CPR, First Aid, medication/admin readiness, and leadership experience.
