Shift: AM, PM, Midnight (weekends/holidays as needed)

  • Assist with ADLs, companionship, supervision, and resident safety.
  • Support medication routines, progress notes, and care plan execution.
  • Preferred: DWIHN IDD 1:1 and progress note experience.
