Licensing & Network Affiliation
U & I Home Care, LLC is a licensed adult foster care home in the State of Michigan and is a contracted provider with the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN). Our team follows all standards set by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS).
Resident Privacy & HIPAA Compliance
We protect the confidentiality of all resident health information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All staff are trained in handling sensitive information securely and respectfully.
