The Michigan Home Help Program provides in-home personal care, supervision, and homemaking assistance for Medicaid-eligible adults who need help with daily activities. U & I Home Care LLC partners with The Senior Alliance (TSA) and MDHHS to deliver high-quality, person-centered care throughout Wayne County.
Services We Provide
🏠 Homemaking
Light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, errands, and maintaining a clean, safe home.
🚿 Personal Care
Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support, and medication reminders.
🤝 Companionship
Emotional support, conversation, escorting to appointments, and community activities.
Eligibility & Enrollment
- Be Medicaid eligible
- Require assistance with daily living activities
- Complete in-home assessment by DHS Adult Services Worker
- Live safely in the community with support
